PROCESS CAPABILITY & RANGE
Pharmaceutical Packaging- one of the original applications for aluminum – remains one of its most appropriate and successful uses. Foil’s unique combination of protective and decorative properties has earned it a special place in the protection and presentation of drug products. Even at the lightest gauges aluminum foil provides a very high barrier. This combination of barrier and other properties is unequalled in providing an aroma barrier – retaining flavor with impermeability to light, water vapor, oils and fats, oxygen and bacteria. Aluminum foil also brings together formability, flexibility, compatibility with products and has the widest temperature tolerance of all flexible packaging materials. Aluminum foil also has the ability to be laminated with paper or film and coated or printed with a wide range of lacquers to further enhance the product packaging protection integrity. Our multi color printing equipment, technology and rotogravure printing expertise enables us to print on light gauge unsupported aluminum foils and a wide range of alternative structures providing an unsurpassed level of multi color high quality graphic designs. This is complimented to meet the wide range of packaging products required by our customers.
